1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Sunny Florist, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, PayMe, and FPS. Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment.

3. Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1 PM HKT, Monday through Saturday. Delivery windows are 9 AM to 7 PM. We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Delivery fees vary by location — free delivery on orders over HK00 to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery window for a full refund. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns. If your flowers arrive damaged or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Product Substitution

Due to seasonal availability, specific flower varieties may occasionally be substituted with blooms of equal or greater value and similar colour and style. We guarantee that every arrangement will maintain the overall look and quality of the product shown.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on sunny-florist.com, including photographs, product descriptions, and the Sunny Florist brand, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Liability

Sunny Florist is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, traffic incidents, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
